If you are unable to upload a document or file to calculate your crypto tax or P&L, you need to check if the file you are trying to upload has the same format as the one specified for the exchange you transact in. Additionally, you can check the format required when you select the wallet/exchange to upload your documents. Moreover, you also need to adhere to the 5MB document size limit.
